My key responsibilities are managing all aspects of a transition to Google services for an organization, starting with the initial domain setup to supporting the final go live for the end users. I was responsible for creating all of the accounts in domain, migrating the legacy data for the accounts, access permissions for various users, configuring mail flow, and configuring data retention rules based on recommended best practices. I have worked with a wide range of clients, from large international corporations to local small businesses in the private sector. In the public sector I have worked with all levels of Government from Federal to individual States and statewide agencies, local cities and towns, law enforcement agencies, and fire protection districts. I have worked with a wide variety of legacy mail platforms, all versions of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, enterprise vault systems for data retention and eDiscovery, IMAP and PST files, and file share systems.I have the following certifications from Google: Professional Collaboration Engineer Certification, G Suite Deployment Services Specialist, and Chrome Deployment Certification.

My responsibilities included the initial setup of the Election ballot software suite by entering all of the data needed for the election, the offices that were up for election, the candidates that were running, statewide and countywide ballot questions, and any special districts that were included. I was also responsible for preparing the electronic elections equipment for voting by testing the equipment before it went to the polling location, and preparing the correct polling location media for each polling location. I was also responsible for the layout of the paper ballot which included taking into consideration the readability and overall size of the ballot, which could have a fiscal impact Additionally, I was responsible for tracking the voting equipment to and from the polling location, keeping records of equipment that needed maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment was recertified by the Sec. of State office prior to an election.

I was responsible for checking and approving the quality of the fiber optic cable installations around the United States as the network was being built out in it's initial phase. This was done by analyzing data from multiple tests performed in the field. Additionally, I was responsible for dispatching a field crew to make repairs to sections of the fiber optic cable if the sections did not meet the proper specifications.
