I have been working in radiation protection for 20 years now as a Health Physics Monitor and in this time I have also been promoted to the position of Health Physics Shift Manager and now operational services health physicist. I have experience in working on the continuous at sea deterent and have worked on every V-Class submarine in the fleet. I have completed NVQ level 2 and 3 in radiation protection and also Ievel 2 and 3 in the institute of leadership and management. I am currently working towards a qualification in legitimate leadership and have enjoyed putting into practice what I have learned.I am confident in using all aspects of microsoft office and various other IT systems including the dosimetry control system which is used to track radiaition doses received by personnel working in Radiological Controlled Areas.
