With a total staff of over 5000, the Brothers of Charity Services Ireland (BOCSI) provide a variety of services and supports to over 8000 individuals with an intellectual disability. My current responsibilities includeSuccessful running of the National ICT Office that provides the operational management,lines of control, and disaster recovery planning underpinning all ICT Services deployedthroughout the BOCSI. Project manage the development, selection, and acquisition of major business systemsappropriate to a high performing company. (ITSM Service Desk, Asana agile, SecurityAwareness Training program, End Point Management, Learning Management System, eDiscovery)Develop and progress collaboration with the Health Research Board, the Health ServicesExecutive (HSE), other Disability Organisations, and with vendors to achieve optimisedICT delivery. Develop and implement an ICT strategic plan that will delivery on all BOCSI’s operationalgoals in the most cost effective way possible. Large digital transformation programs in progress. Develop, lead and expand the national ICT Team and manage the ICT budget.

Managed the continuous development and day-to-day support of all business applications in parallel with contributing to other projects that may be running concurrently.My achievements to date include.Project manager and Technical lead on the successful migration of all regional business applicationdata to a centralized data model. Implementation of an agile delivery model across all business units within the BOC product portfolio including business applications, client service apps and HR apps. Project manager on the PAYE modernisation project (PMOD) which went successfully livein December 2018. This project involved close collaboration with Irish Revenue and PayrollOfficers for the 12 months prior to go live.Development of Quality best practice processes. I rolled out the process of UserAcceptance Testing (UAT) in a limited capacity on some earlier projects but the Westintegration project was the first project where this worked effectivity with full support fromall business partners. Using our ITSM and implementing the ITIL framework I alsointroduced a formal Change Request process which has helped HR, Finance and ICT in thedefinition of clear requirements. Managed the recent implementation of Asana also.
