I lead and support Airbnb's Global Threat Assessment Program with two global teams:• Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)• Threat Assessment and InvestigationsMy teams focus on Trust and Safety for the Airbnb community through behavioral threat assessment and open source intelligence research and analysis. They investigate and assess life safety issues in over 200 countries. Additionally we advise on policy development, product development, and organizational design.

I oversee several teams in the Corporate Security and Trust and Safety space:• Workplace Violence Program for the Airbnb global workforce• Insider Risk Program• Threat Management for Airbnb's Hosts, Guests, and Community• Law Enforcement Operations and Engagement Team

• Manage Threat Assessment and Investigations for the Airbnb global workforce.• Manage the development of Airbnb's Insider Risk program.• Lead cross-functional behavior based Threat Management for Airbnb's on-platform risk.

• Protect employees, workplaces, and information by connecting, analyzing, and acting on complex problems• Manage threat assessment and investigations for 6000+ employees in over 40 offices globally• Manage intelligence collection, operations, and production to proactively identify risks and opportunities for employees and workplaces

• Build, manage, and develop physical and executive protection security programs • Investigate, assess, manage, and advise the U.S. Ambassador and senior staff around threats against U.S. interests and foreign policy• Served as the senior security advisor to a U.S. Ambassador on counter-ISIL operations in coordination with the Joint Special Operations Command and the Intelligence Community• Experience with fast paced threat assessment and management in Asia, Europe, The Middle East, Africa, and The Americas

• Agent-in-Charge of a 70+ person executive protective security detail for the U.S. Ambassador • Collaborated with the interagency partners to identify, analyze, and mitigate threats against employees and facilities in the Middle East and Central Asia

• Managed a diverse team and developed complex security solutions to counter an adaptive insurgent force on two combat deployments to Iraq. • Worked in Southeast Asia assisting local military build responsible and ethical internal-security practices • Non-commissioned officer and squad leader in a mechanized infantry battalion
