Supervise maintenance of multiple facilities and equipment by remotely managing maintenance teams in all locations. Ensure all building systems are running efficiently and in full compliance with current health, safety and industry codes including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinklers, and lighting systems. Facilitate positive and productive contractor and vendor relationships; coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers and technicians. Oversee and inspect operations of external contractors, including new construction. Maintain accurate records of all repairs to facility equipment including detailed reports of weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance tasks.

Organize, direct and manage the overall maintenance programs within the company. Conduct annual maintenance and safety audits. Direct and promote special projects as they relate to maintenance and safety for properties. Continually develop and implement property improvement plans and preventative maintenance programs for individual properties. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any equipment, procedures, certifications, and skill sets needed to perform all maintenance position duties. Attend meetings and educational seminars to ensure all resources used in training staff and development of training programs and goals are current and applicable. Consult with managers to determine training needs to adequately direct, motivate and train employees. Organize and develop training procedure manuals and standard operating procedures. Coordinate and conduct employee training programs for new and existing employees on all CBC Residential policies and procedures including specific job descriptions.

Conducting weekly walks to insure that all projects are meeting requirements set by blue prints and contracts.
