2i Solutions is a Canadian based staffing firm dedicated to public and private sector placement services specializing in ERP, SAP, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Technology and Operational staffing.Role:-Full cycle recruitment of various IT and Operational full time and contract positions-Client management, requirements gathering, recruitment process management

Duties:-Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, reference checks, negotiations, extensions etc.-Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through internal ATS (Bullhorn), job boards (Monster, Workopolis, Indeed), social media sites (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter), and referrals.-Conducting in-depth personal and telephone interviews (technical and soft).-Presenting fully formatted and tailored technical CV’s of suitable candidates to Account Managers, as well as directly to clients, complete with relevant and accurate custom submission/summary notes that are pertinent to the requirement.-Full cycle Account Management duties for 2 large clients resulting in dozens of placements.-Utilizing and accurately maintaining multiple applications and ATS/applicant tracking systems/databases (Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Monster, Proprietary ATS’ etc)-Service clients and consultants needs with regards to billing, contracts, negotiations and pay related issues.-Assist in client calls, requirements gathering, and job spec creation and job postings.-Organization, setup and management of the interview process (Full cycle)-Conduct and present thorough reference checkss.-Negotiating rates and salaries to best suit the client and candidates needs in order to close business-12-24 hour turnaround time on sourcing and submitting resources for most high priority requirements. (Sometimes much sooner)-Networking with candidates through referrals and LinkedIn (20,000+ Connections)-Completing grids/matrices for various Government clients including Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Crown Corporations, Utilities etc.-Strategize with management on recruitment initiatives, company direction etc.
