As the Director of Marketing, I oversee marketing strategies and efforts in order to strengthen our company's market position and achieve our desired business goals. I manage all marketing & PR initiatives and work closely with our Operations, Supply Chain and Construction Departments. My responsibilities include, but not limited to:MARKETING+ Manage marketing budget and expenditures+ Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels + Responsible for developing our annual marketing plan, strategy and motivate our team members+ Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team members+ Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials+ Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies+ Oversee content for company website, social media platforms and secure external OOH media, television and radio advertisements that attracts and converts our target groups.+ Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives + Manage and approve all marketing materials from vendors and suppliers (in-store marketing materials, traditional media, and digital media)+ Provide all marketing support (media/print/digital) for all 100 plus Franchisee locations and also support them with LSM initiatives.+ Works hand in hand with our Supply Chain & Operations departments to develop new menu offering ideas for our brandCONSTRUCTION+ Secure all Digital Menu-Board and in-store music equipment for new store builds and renovations+ Secure exterior signage for new store builds and renovations+ Oversees all in-store brand design components (Wallpaper) PR+ Manage all PR initiatives EVENTS+ Manage all National Franchisee Conference needs (Budget, Creative, AV, Hotel, Presentations, Guest Speakers, Sponsors, Signage)
