• Overseeing marketing activities with meticulous attention to detail and managing marketing portfolios • Supervising, coaching, training, motivating and mentoring personnel, setting clear goals and expectations, providing relevant feedback and discipline as required• Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with advertising agencies, public relations firms and other key stakeholders• Developing and translating marketing strategies into actionable marketing plans, ensuring alignment to business unit strategic objectives and deliverables• Managing and executing ATL and BTL campaigns• Direct marketing CRM management• Organising and overseeing various functions and events• Driving lead generation through effective digital and social media management and content creation• Producing various strategies, reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation • Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health, safety and statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements

• Effective Partner management – support through continued interactions with the business teams to plan, implement, track and report on all partner campaigns• Effective collaboration with external partner teams – Program partners• Manage and implement above and ATL and BTL campaigns to drive revenue growth for partners as well as increased program uplift to Standard Bank• Manage and work within stipulated budgets on all campaigns• Engage with all external agencies from lead agencies, to digital, social and internal departments• Effective planning and management of strategies, budgets, creatives and websites • Develop strategic marketing plans for all partners as well as identify opportunities to work across portfolios• Create and deliver monthly reports on all marketing activity • Partner PR• Internal communication – work closely with the communications team on all partner and campaign related material.

• Designing all elements for the bank including invitations, posters, billboards, catalogues, interior designs, printed advertisements, invitations, event menus, greeting cards, letterheads and educational leaflets• Designing numerous financial booklets and magazine for local and international markets• Creating exhibition and show stands including posters, leaflets and elements for Auto Africa Car Show and other sponsored events• Designing collateral for executives attending international IMF conferences• Conceptualising and implementing several in-house staff campaigns and incentives including desk drops, posters, banners and displays• Creating billboard and street pole poster designs• Selling concepts and ideas to various clients for a broad range of campaigns and in-house activations
