As a site superintendent at Q Construction Management Ltd., I oversee the construction of multi family wood frame and steel structure buildings. I have also done projects such as grow facilities, classrooms, and dormitories. I manage the the on-site construction, the scheduling, the cost control, the team development, and the client interactions. I also participate in project estimates and bid analysis.I have been in the construction industry for 17 years, working my way up from a heavy duty mechanic apprentice to a project manager. I have handled projects of different sizes and values, ranging from pipelines and pump stations to structural building modules for the oil industry. I am currently enrolled in the gold seal certification process, which demonstrates my commitment to excellence and professionalism in construction management. I enjoy the challenge and the variety of my work, and I strive to deliver high-quality results within budget and deadline.
