Used ADDIE methodology to develop Web Based Training for the customer on a project related to SCADA technology. Researched new facets of the technology combined with information provided by the Subject Matter Expert (SME) whilst collaborating with a team of graphic artists and developers to incorporate learning techniques into a cutting edge introduction to the course material. Led a team of ISDs, Software Developers, and graphic artists on a customer led project to create an online interactive Pig training site. Acted as SME for developing exercises, examples, an overall knowledge of Pig analytic trainingLed an exploratory effort to find, capture and or purchase available micro-learning objects for a variety of subject matters.

In supporting a government project, met with customers to receive requirements for development of training material. Re-designed the Training Project Plan and completely re-develop Executive and Technical Overviews, system administrator’s course, and two developer courses. Extracted objectives from several sources, including existing course materials, experience on the HDFS command line, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and reading through course source code. After eight months on the project, began teaching Java developers how to code on the project’s system.

Used digital media technologies providing educational design for curriculum identified by the customer. In supporting the design, development and delivery of technology-based training and learning solutions, developed Section 508 compliant computer based training using Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft PowerPoint. While delivering the Web Based Training, ensured that the web-development complied with the Sharable Courseware Object Resource Model (SCORM) requirements for Learning Object (LO).

Provided training to operators and system administrators. Developed training documentation covering topics from system maintenance to operations. Assumed the customer support role answering phone calls and e-mails from the on site operators. Tested and reported on the functionality of the existing and future versions of the software using engineer developed scripts and GUI interactive testing. Collaborated with the customer throughout the project as well as weekly program meetings.

Lesson Planner o Designed 720 lesson plans in one year. Created Biology, Environmental Science, Earth Science, Basic Math, and Consumer Math classroom lesson plans based on the county’s curriculum.Classroom Educator o Managed up to 160 students. Developed four different curriculums in one year. Established and maintained a line of communication with parents about student’s grades and behavior.
