Provided support for asset management services using XML transactions (B2B) connecting to Oracle and Informix databases on UNIX servers.

Administered personnel policies and procedures at Medical Group Headquarters for military and civilian medical personnel coast-to-coast. Areas of responsibility included performance evaluations, grievances, promotions and other human resource management duties. During a period of drastic personnel reduction, re-evaluated departmental responsibilities and re-allocated resources for the efficient operation of the department. Developed procedures for the repatriation of human remains from hostile military operations. This required research in logistics, administration and human pathology in order to determine the required equipment, personnel and logistical support.

Based at National Defence Headquarters, implemented and coordinated personnel policies and procedures for the 2200 members of the Communications Reserve. Duties ranged from administering career and information management systems, recruiting, job description and officer selection, to managing a seven million dollar budget and a staff of twelve. Reviewed and assisted in the complete rewriting of the military reserve benefits plan.
