, with a partner, formed M.O.R.E. Real Estate Investment Company. The company invests in single family homes, townhouse development, and commercial condo development and purchased and sold discounted notes and mortgages. It was during this period of time I was responsible for forming the Pensacola Real Estate Investment Group and became the group's first president.In 1986 I went home to Boston to help my mother and father run their family-owned Real Estate Company (Homestead Realty). It was also during this time period that I became a national seminar instructor on "How to Invest in Real Estate." (The Tom Vue Seminars)I joined ERA Real Estate Franchise Systems on October 29th 1989. During my 19 year career I held titles as New; of the Southeast Region. Also during this time period I sold ERA franchises in four northeastern states and five southeastern states and also developed the ERA brand in the state of Alabama, as the #1 Realogy brand with over 30 offices, producing $800,000,000 in sales with $30,000,000 in Gross Commission Income generating $1,800,000 in annual revenue to ERA. I also became proficient in mergers and acquisitions and used this process to help my ERA Real Estate Companies grow and expand into other markets. I also specialize in using the "SPIN" (Situation-Problem-Implication-Need-Payoff) method in my sales and closing process.

Licensed as a salesperson in 1976 and as a broker in 1978, I have been involved in real estate for 33 years.; was broker and manager of two ERA Real Estate companies. Under my leadership these companies grew to #1 in their markets, had double digit growth and I recruited some of the top agents in the region.
