- Promotion and implementation of state energy efficiency fund programs - Coordination and operation of municipal benchmarking efforts with municipal representatives. Led benchmarking efforts to benchmark 149 towns in Eversource service territory.- Organize and support town energy efficiency projects to save on operating costs and energy usage; including lighting retrofits, HVAC system upgrades, control systems, and demand response initiatives- Support community outreach efforts to achieve Connecticut's energy goals and objectives, including individual municipalities' goals of reducing energy consumption by 20% by 2018- Serve as primary point of contact for more than 60 municipalities to assist in customer issues and concerns- Planning, staffing and coordinating events, both internally and externally. Organization and presentation of multiple webinars to customers on product training and program updates- Support and execute program outreach efforts to increase awareness and encourage participation on energy efficiency programs and rebates, incentives and educational offerings- Assist in testing and distribution of web services platform for customer billing system data alignment, as well as acting customer liaison for account enrollment, support documentation, and technical issues

- Promotion and implementation of energy efficiency fund programs focusing on driving customer participation within the municipal, commercial and residential channels throughout the State of Connecticut. Met with dozens of town leaders, and through explanation of the programs, encouraged adoption of a non-binding pledge to reduce energy consumption by 20% by 2018.- Engagement with energy efficiency program administrators, municipal officials, town councils, and partner organizations to support program execution and outreach efforts to increase awareness and encourage participation in state energy efficiency programs, rebates, incentives, and educational offerings.- Responsible for coordination and staffing of events both internally and externally. Also responsible for developing marketing materials to be distributed to large audiences.

- Involved in field research and remote data analysis pertaining to coastline change and residential risk assessment on Block Island, Rhode Island as well various additional coastal areas in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Information gathered and presented from findings is being used by coastal managers and town officials for risk assessment and future planning of developments.
