I've built and implemented Account-Based Marketing technology stacks to align global sales organization with digital marketing activities. I work to eliminate redundant marketing spends by consolidating service contracts with vendors and negotiating enterprise-level contracts. I've managed the transfer of all digital assets during multiple M&A processes. And I've managed tactical digital marketing team to achieve corporate initiatives and strategic, long-term goals.I'm passionate about aligning disparate internal teams to create efficiency and maximize marketing spend. By working closely with sales and operations and maximizing the available tools across those teams, I'm able to save money and enable people to work more effectively and achieve organizational goals.Ideas for campaigns or creative answers to problems come to me at random times. So it's not uncommon for me to pull out my cell phone at a bar or restaurant or concert and take down some notes. My wife tells me I'm pretty funny, but I don't know if my colleagues agree.I believe technology is the future of marketing and the best way to create trust between marketing and sales. AI is changing the way marketers obtain and handle leads and the way sales interacts. If sales and marketing can align around technology that works, the focus can stay where it should be - achieving goals and hitting numbers.
