I have spent the past 12 years working in the healthcare research space with a focus on defining and implementing operational objectives and processes. During this time, I have developed a broad range of skills with the emphasis on coordinating and completing projects across various functional areas. I am a subject matter expert on defining project/product processes, project scope, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation and facilitation, research data collection, and have expertise on establishing project management techniques. I spent my educational years as a division 1 football player at North Dakota State University. After college I enrolled at Fort Hays State University where I coached college football and earned a master’s degree in Health and Human Performance. Being a former college athlete and college coach has given me a unique perspective on how to be part of a team and how to lead a team. These are skills that I have applied throughout my career which has allowed me to contribute to several successful projects throughout my career.
