Supported and implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for pharmaceutical clients around the world.

As a Technical Solutions Architect, I help design and build our client's requirements in their Marketing Cloud instance. Project scope ranges from something simple like automating email segmentation all the way to complex customer journeys. I'm very much experienced with AMPScript, Server Side JavaScript, XML, SQL, Marketing Cloud's REST/SOAP API, among others. I tend to think outside the box for best/most efficient ways to accomplish the customer's goals.I'm very much experienced with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Connect, and Contact Builder. I have experience with writing custom SQL queries for audience segmentation as well as custom data modeling. I have experience in developing custom landing pages for clients that leverage our API via AMPScript to bring in/export out data, display data, and interact with Automation Studio and the Marketing Cloud platform in general.Post October 2017, I've been working mostly on Salesforce Accelerators. Accelerators are timed, very much scoped engagements that allow direct 1:1 interaction with a Salesforce Consultant (myself) to enable them/train them on specific needs. With Accelerators, I'm the sole point of contact that acts as both the Solutions Architect (discovering what the customer needs, asking questions, building out the blueprint) and the Technical Solutions Architect (actually implementing what they need). I oversee the engagements from start to finish. Since I started working on Accelerators, I've received nothing but positive feedback and praise from both the clients and my own colleagues.

Debugged and implemented new ideas and solutions into our portfolio of risk applications as well as investigated new technologies and ideas to incorporate into our existing web applications.
