Due to time commitments I have had to refuse term time work but I am still registered as a part time lecturer. I gained experience delivering recognised qualifications, passed all observations and learned new techniques including offering courses online and via virtual learning environments.

I loved working for the Prince's Trust. During my time I covered most areas across Greater Manchester building networks and referral sources, my skills in building relationship and achieving targets were utilised as I was constantly moved to under performing areas to turn them around. I developed informative training days which were suitable for working with the hardest to reach clients. I personally delivered training to all clients that applied for funding in the Greater Manchester area. I enjoyed a successful time with the Princes Trust achieving all targets including, recruitment, sustainability and audit requirements.

I managed my staff and over 700 business customers across the Stockport area. I grew my portfolio, maximised all cross selling opportunities whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service. I enjoyed promotion and gained excellent experience compiling and analysing lending applications up to and in excess of £250k. Working at the bank gave me a great understanding of working with SMEs and the challenges they face.
