I am the F. Scott Dueser Director of the “Excellence in Banking" program in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. In this role I am responsible for all aspects of the undergraduate and masters banking programs which prepare our students to be work ready and meet the needs of the banking industry. Recruiting top students, having a dynamic curriculum, relatable internships and raising funds for scholarships is my top priority. Our students share an understanding that responsibility, exceptional customer service, work ethic, etiquette, business development and community service matters.I am truly passionate about my work with students and the banking industry. I am motivated knowing that I am in a position that changes lives and the banking industry that I truly love. I always enjoy hearing from former colleagues, managers, and business friends and I look forward to meeting new people who I can add to the list of my valued friends.
