Maxwell Land Services is a niche land services company based in Calgary, Alberta. I sourced and managed surface land projects for oil and gas clients in Calgary. This included surface land acquisition, linear projects, stakeholder/ client consultation as well as whatever else needed doing. I built effective relationships between groups with divergent.

I helmed reporting and strategic analysis in support of the corporate and strategic sales teams, facilitating their relationships with WestJet’s corporate partners. I worked with the regional sales managers, providing them the information they needed to negotiate and manage incentive contracts. I synthesized large quantities of data from multiple sources.

As a senior member of the Revenue and Pricing team at WestJet, I was responsible for the management of a large subset of market routes, characterized by complex network flow and a business traveler orientation. I used indepth knowledge of pricing, schedule, competition, market drivers and segmentation to drive for profitability and revenue optimization.
