I'm a senior level manager with 40 years of Retail Lumber Yard experience. I grew up with a father and grandfather who also worked in lumber yards and shared my love for this business. I enjoy people and helping them to be successful. It is a great thing to watch someone grow into a success and know that you played a part. My experience covers a lot of ground, I have worked as a laborer in sawmills, plywood mills, remanufacturing and lumber yards. I have held many titles including customer service, forklift driver, truck driver, inventory manager, safety manager, human resource manager, business manager, operations manager, CFO and President. But in all those positions my favorite things have been the people I work with, the customers I'm able to help and the smell of the wood.It's in my blood.
