Experienced Lecturer in Video, Imaging, and Sonic Arts with a passion for teaching and a diverse background in higher education. I have been successfully running modules focused on technical skills in videography and photography, consistently improving module feedback. In the past I have worked as a Freelance Videographer and Photographer for a range of clients from big businesses and broadcasters, to small companies and individuals; this experience enables me to bring a practical perspective to my teaching.Previously served as a Member of the Board of Governors at De Montfort University, I am committed to contributing to the academic community. Holding a First-Class Honors BSc in Media Production, I am eager to pursue an MA in Education Practice followed by a PHD. My ultimate career goals involve taking on greater responsibilities, transitioning into a management and teaching role.
