I am responsible for overall operational management and leadership of Healing Haiti and to drive forward the Board and Executive Director's strategic vision for the organization. A significant part of my role with Healing Haiti is to generate continued synergy and unity between staff and leadership in the United States and Haiti and ensure operational cohesiveness. I have also been tasked with the responsibility to foster a culture of servant leadership and accountability and to continue to develop an organizational culture that values the development, education, and empowerment of Haitian leaders.
