Plan and conduct hands-on activities for a balanced program of instruction,demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe,question, and investigate for self discovery.· Prepare students for later grades by encouraging them to explore learning opportunitiesand to persevere with challenging tasks and promote a love for learning.· Provide interactive lessons using computers, Smartboard, voting devices, robotics andother technology to supplement instruction.· Confer with parents or guardians, other teachers, counselors, and administrators toensure students' behavioral and academic success.· Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, andrevision of middle school programs.· Establish and model rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order amongstudents in the school setting.

Track & Field - Men's Head Coach - responsible for all aspects of running a successful program. Scheduling, conditioning, training for all events, hosting and running conference meets and communicating results with press.
