I’m not your typical social media enthusiast. I love the technical side of social like building effective and efficient ways to create and distribute high quality content, helping multi-location business set themselves up properly to manage employees, gather data, build ad systems, and effectively measure success. Ultimately I just love solving complex problems by helping build efficient organizational systems whether in social media, general marketing or company operations. Don’t get me wrong, I love to create things, just not the latest memes, gifs or reels. Instead I want to create the best way to scale an effective social strategy to 100 or 1,000 locations or how to creat custom reels at scale for a brand without it costing a fortune. My favorite thing about my job is getting to learn from all the brands I have worked with about their businesses. Where they started, where they failed, where and why things took off and where they dream about going. I have learned more about disaster recovery, the rural property industry, and porta potties than I ever thought I would know, but all of those things have made me a better thinker, a better problem solver, and a better business person than I could have ever hoped. I may work in social media, but my job is helping to build successful businesses and that, is ultimately what I strive to do everyday for our company and our clients.
