I currently lead a team of engineers and techs to help the ARMY Fixed Wing Project Office (FWPO) in evaluation/diagnosing and finding solutions to avionics issues encountered by the FWPO. We help to write test plans, build and test out Avionics Systems Integrations labs and provide solutions.
