*Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, maintaining economical and efficient transportation services for the company. *Provide support for production managers, general foremen and operation managers.*Work with local and regional carriers to negotiate rates and procure load coverage areas.*Monitor Warehouse management software and help maintain regular inventory rotations and accurate cycle counts.*Responsible for transportation analysis and savings/cost opportunity analysis and the implementation and management of cost analysis measures plan and monitor budgets.*Provide projections for inbound and outbound freight expenses by month and quarter.*"Train the Trainer" course completed. Certified to train and certify employees for forklift use.

• Scheduled production for $11,000,000 of product per year. (Bonding line and plain & sewn line.)• Arrange all shipments for on site plant as well as 2 offsite warehouses in Buffalo and one warehouse in Waco, TX.• Arranged on average 20 outbound truckloads. 4 inbound truckloads and 30-50 LTL shipments weekly.• Responsible for 3 full inventories annually.• Fluent in Wal-Mart’s Retail Link as well as Sears, K-mart and Kohl’s logistics websites.• Part of management team to help Buffalo Batt acquire L&P 9000 Certification in June 2004 – ISO 9000 compliant.
