Responsible for the implementation and oversight of project control's processes, procedures, and best practices. This includes project planning and scheduling, cost engineering, document management, data analytics and reporting, and risk management. Develops and manages project controls personnel. Provides guidance and consultation for the project management team.

I am schedule lead for the FS-2 FGR Project, responsible for all areas of EPC schedule development and maintenance. This includes heavy coordination with the Anchorage based NWP office. In addition, I am responsible for coordinating with all WorleyParsons schedulers working on BPXA northern tier projects. As part of this effort, I produce a wide array of boutique reports, cash flows, and export files to facilitate the EPMS contract. Lastly, I am tasked with closing out the STP Biocide project. This entails a great deal of equipment and material tracking, third party interface (GCI, Honeywell, etc.), and construction schedule development.

STP Heater Revamp, Biocide Injection Projects, SIP Pipe Replacement. Lead scheduler for both the SIP Pipe Replacement and Biocide Injection Projects. I was tasked with all facets of schedule development and maintenance. This includes tracking progress, equipment and material shipments, manpower plans, look ahead schedules , exception reports as well as a variety of specialized reports. Responsible for all EPMS tasks associated with these projects.

I was responsible for schedule update and maintenance for the GPP Project. I worked on the North Slope of Alaska performing turn-around scheduling for construction operations. I developed and updated Schedules for Mod 450. I was also tasked with coordinating with our Beijing counterparts on scheduling issues.
