Since March of 2006, I have been intimately involved with all aspects of project controls for major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. I have been accountable for the managing scheduling teams, time-phased spread of man-hours, calculation of project progress, productivity, and schedule performance. Other responsibilities have included: interface with level four progress calculation tools, creation of various histograms/ S-curves, coordination with satellite support offices, interface with third party contractors, managing the development/ production of specialty program reporting, change order management, proposal requests / clarifications, estimate preparation, invoice preparation, cost forecasting, and regular schedule maintenance.
