• Traveling throughout Eastern NC troubleshooting, diagnosing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components on commercial kitchen equipment using electrical schematics, mechanical engineering blueprints, and operational manuals.• Installing new and used equipment for customers• Performing PM’s and regular maintenance work• Recommending replacement parts to endusers

Daily telephone/email technical support and parts support which includes interaction with technical service, dealers, customers, and factory salespeople for commercial kitchen equipment• Warranty Parts Returns• Troubleshooting various pieces of equipment using electrical schematics, gas and orifice requirement charts, and mechanical drawings.• Working with authorized repair technicians in the field to determine equipment failures and causes
