I did Progress Auditing for S&B on a large Coker Unit Expansion for Lyondell-Citgo at their Pasadena plant.

I worked as the Cost Engineer doing daily cost and manpower reporting on this shut-down of an existing coker unit in the Lyondell-CITGO Refinery; I reviewed all invoices from our scaffolding and insulation subcontractor, reviewed timesheets of Murphy employees and interfaced with the scheduler and site manager to assure manpower was adequate for completion.

I was the Lead Cost Engineer on the construction of a $440MM, 400 megawatt co-generation project in the Dow Chemical Complex; I reviewed all invoices and change orders from subcontractors, did individual contractor progress curves (independent of the schedule), did manpower forecasting for each subcontractor to assure adequate labor for scheduled.

I was a Field Cost Engineer on the Chem-Waste rotary kiln project; As a Cost Engineer for M.W.Kellogg, I was responsible for Weekly and Monthly Cost Reports and assurance of validity of timesheets and craft progress reports. We did what was called the Production Check Estimate at approximately 65% completion of the Hoffman-LaRoche project where we re-did.
