Provided Army Enterprise Logistics System support for interoperability standard for Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3) and system support for the Unit Level Logistics System – S4 (ULLS-S4). Responsible for combat system interoperability analysis, design, and development for tactical logistics with the Army Battlefield Command Systems (ABCS) community of systems and coordinated the integration of ABCS interoperability issues and combat-development software testing for the Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3). Perform technical and analytical analysis related to the interoperability development and improvement of data communications systems and procedures for the TRADOC System Manager (TSM), BCS3. Review USMTF/VMF messages that are used for exchange of data between BCS3 and ABCS systems. Successfully developed and maintained an up-to-date database of USMTF/VMF messages that apply to BCS3. Developed and maintained a database of data elements for USMTF/VMF message sets from MILSTD 6040 and VMF TIDP-TE affecting the interoperability data exchanges.
