International Service Manager

I spent eleven+ years as the International Service Manager for ETC. This involved overseeing all service and project related activities for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. I was heavily involved in my firms ISO implementation for our European companies while at the same time working to transform the operational plan of our German company which was acquired in 2002. Prior to relocation to Europe (2005 to 2010), I spent five years as the National Field Service Manager for ETC, Inc. I managed 5 in-house Field Service Engineers, 3 regional Filed Service Engineers, and oversaw 200+ Authorized Service Personnel throughout the United States, Canada, and Latin America. I work to continually improve the customers experience through better technician training, resource allocation to sites, and total quality systems.My first two plus years at ETC were spent as a Field Service Engineer. My work included: Providing service and customer training of ETC lighting and control systems (U.S. and international), generating and maintaining service reports and job drawings, providing telephone technical support in-house, maintaining call logs, product documentation, and job-related databases. I also have a great deal of experience working on construction sites with both the IBEW and non-union electricians
