He is the principal of MHM Development, a company that provides comprehensive real estate solutions for health systems and national retailers, specializing in build-to-suit development.Mike is the President and CEO of MHM Development, a company that offers real estate solutions for expanding companies through preferred developer build-to-suit programs and NNN lease agreements with high-quality tenants. He has managed and developed several properties in Florida, Texas, and throughout the Southeast, delivering projects on time and within budget. Mike has a proven track record of creating value for his clients, partners, and stakeholders in the healthcare and single tenant development markets.Mike also served as President of Napco Companies, a fully diversified real estate development and investment company. Mike is responsible for the directing and controlling company operations critical to successful real estate developments and investments. Mike has been engaged in real estate development, Land entitlements, construction, management and related fields for more than 25 years. Mike served as President & CEO of Park Royal Hospital. He successfully built and managed the operations of the 114 bed hospital and oversaw the sale to Acadia Healthcare. Mike has had various investments in commercial real estate including; Healthcare Facilities, Psychiatric Hospital, Senior Living Communities, Office, Medical Office, Micro-Hospitals, Freestanding Emergency Rooms, Industrial, Single Tenant Retail properties, Mobile Home Communities and Restaurants.Mike is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, and graduated from West Virginia University and then moved to Telluride Colorado where he worked for three years. After making his first trip to Naples, FL in 1991 he knew this was going to be his place to call home. A full time resident since 1997 Mike has enjoyed business in South West Florida.
