Develop and lead the execution of an innovative, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing strategy and sales model focusing on tele-marketing, email, direct mail, patient marketing and customer service. Lead a team of four Associate Directors to create unique customer experiences through various channels that complement the sales force and optimize brand performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Led the efforts of RBMs and Representatives across 18 states in the Eastern U.S. to exceed corporate sales objectives. Developed and implemented strategic business plans within the Area leveraging sales resources to effectively achieve Area objectives. Identified corporate strategic needs and influenced the development of programs to meet the changing needs of the sales organization and customer base through cross-functional partnerships.

Led, assessed and coordinated training and development needs within area sales teams to ensure progressive development of individuals and preparedness to meet business goals. Evaluated abilities and performance through personal observation in field visits, identifying gaps requiring specific attention. Partnered with AVP, Regional Directors, and other training managers to share ideas and best practices that complemented and enhanced area goals. Accountable for training and development of 16 District Managers and 150 Representatives.

Coached, developed and led a team of sales specialists in the Tampa District to maximize sales in assigned areas; worked with National Account Team to ensure effective pull-through of sales strategies.
