After a course in Oil Painting Restoration under tutor Marie Christine Livage, I have recently opened my oil painting restoration studio. I prefer restoring paintings pre 1900. I am proficient in cleaning, removing varnish with solvents, revarnishing, repairing holes in canvas. I am currently 'brushing' up on my retouching skills. My first job was cleaning and revarnishing a painting for Macmillan Fine Arts gallery in South Kensington. I am currently doing the same for a C19TH painting of the Duke of Wellington for a client. I am also restoring various paintings which I purchased at auction with the intention of reselling them when they are finished. I am currently trying to get an internship in Italy.

I own Cubawelcome travel agency specialising in high end holidays to Cuba and Peru. I have lived in both countries and know the terrain well. We have an office in Havana and London.
