• Developed strategies and procedures for implementation, operations, maintenance and trouble resolution to meet/exceed company network objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction. Managed both Lucent and Nortel.
• Provided guidance/assistance to Ops Managers to ensure financial goals and budget management delivered positive year-end results. Effectively managed 15+ million-dollar regional operating budget, consistently produced.
• Participated in task forces assigned to design/implement technological architecture necessary to deliver various national platforms and software into a revenue-producing network (to include 3G/E911 wireless services)
• Assisted Regional Director and VP initiatives that were used in Senior Executive decisions.
