• Oversee daily operations of all construction activity.• Maintain constant knowledge of scope of work for each sub-contractor to ensure their fulfillment of contractual obligations and project profitability.Initiate inspection requests and communicate regularly with local code enforcement personnel. Meet regularly with sub-contractors to ensure work is being performed to project specifications. Review and maintain knowledge of building plans and updates from architects to ensure project success. Meet with and report directly to Project Developer to keep informed of project status.

Conduct site surveys to measure public safety radio signal strengths. Install distributed antenna systems if CA Fire Code requirements were not met.Conduct annual inspections on previously installed systems to ensure optimum system functionality. Compile data, build report and submit to appropriate local Fire Authority.

Patrol areas of the county in marked patrol vehicle. Respond to calls for service and conduct self-initiated contacts with members of the community. Utilize effective communication skills in order to diffuse potentially dangerous situations. Collect statements and pertinent information in order to write accurate reports documenting activities. Use problem solving skills and critical thinking to quickly make decisions and take appropriate action.
