Rack and Stack of equipment including: installing racks by moving them into place, bolting them to their placement brackets and to each other with connecting brackets. Also removing doors and walls as needed. Stacking which included installing heaviest equipment in the bottom of the racks like: UPS’s, Blade servers then going up 4u then 3u then 2 & 1u servers. Finally at the top of each rack network switches and patch panels. PDUs would be installed in the back on the side near the top where it would get its power. Finally installing all necessary power cables, Cat 5 or 6 cables and Fiber. Assign and log asset tags on equipment. Interface with finance and legal to process the gear at the central location for e-cycle. Execute on plans to setup new workroom and lab space. Regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, regularly lift and/or move equipment as needed. New cube setup including installing network ports, connecting patch panels to assigned switches.

Performs all warehouse duties including the physical movement of product and all transactions for materials. Including receiving all Samples, RMAs & POs into Microsoft Dynamics. Pulls kits, making material transfers, ships SOs and shipping requests thru online FedEx or UPS. Also uses FedEx Ship manager for shipping to Europe. Performs all allocations and fulfillments regarding orders shipped. Maintains an accurate stockroom thru weekly cycle counts, delivers packages and mail daily.

Performs a wide variety of electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic braiding or shrink wrap machines. Performs other tasks including, but not limited to placing labels on packages, cutting wires, scanning bar codes and putting data sheets with products. Cleans tools and equipment per documented procedures. Disposes hazardous waste material on corresponding hazardous waste areas in the clean room.

Coordinate with and take direction from the Desk Support Engineer. Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, disassembly and refurbishment of mechanical sub-systems used in a solid oxide fuel cell electrical power generator.

Monitors all material transactions for assigned areas. Responsible for identifying, resolving, and finding the root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors. Recommends changes that will eliminate or greatly reduce future inaccuracies from reoccurring. Is responsible for eliminating any manufacturing downtime associated with assigned area (where applicable). Compiles and analyzes data related to inventory adjustments. Support various pilot builds of systems used for Semiconductor manufacturing. Creating critical shortage reports, attending daily shortage meetings, working with Engineer Technicians and Planners locating parts. Maintain Kit locations on the racks and on the online ACN. Creating Bill of Materials for auditing the Kits. Scanning RTS parts into a spreadsheet to return to inventory. Delivering packages to cubicles, assisting Engineers with locating parts and Material Movements in the warehouse using forklifts or cherry pickers to pull bulk items. Using Oracle to create BOMs and placards for kits.

Supervise, train and support Test and Assembly Technicians. Install, upgrade software and re-manufacture servers by installing RAM, hard drives and boards that were part of Media Blocks used in LMT200 and LMT300 Real D/3D Sony Projectors. Ingested DCP media and patches into projectors and tested units. Also recovered operating system files in Solid State Drives (SSDs) and provide QA for hardware modifications. Also refurbished optical blocks and APC ups's.

Providing QA for sample trays in a clean room environment wearing a hairnet, lab coat and gloves. Deionizing, label, package and seal sample trays. Box trays for shipping, pull kits for orders and cycle count inventory, also fill, cap and label liquid handlers with Algaecide.
