• I was in charge to assure all customs paperwork are in place for operation and import/export of items manufactured at CPP-Guaymas and materials required. (ADW, NAFTA, Classification, Reconciliation, etc)• I was in charge to assure that all flow of information for border crossing of all materials and goods is in place with shelter import/export department for on time crossing, also I was in charge to company resources correct use using corporate and local best transportation options for on time, cost and safety of goods in transit.• Assure that all material shipped to/from CPP-Guaymas is delivered on time, complete and in good condition, follow up with carriers until close for any actions open if contrary, protecting CPP-Guaymas interests.• I was in charge quoting shipment prices and coordinate forwarders carriers in US and or MX to move the material as fast as they can and, if it is necessary, coordinate US and MX custom brokers about the CPP needs and provide a very close follow up to the shipment. This finish until the material is delivered to my end user (Shop floor) • Checks the correct classification and valuation of exported merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the US.• Annex 24 & 31
