Sound simple? It’s not.I’ve been in the insurance business for the past 30+ years. What began as a “just-for-now” employment option has evolved into an amazing career that fuels my passion to create better human experiences for those around me. As I’ve grown professionally from insurance claims and underwriting to senior leadership, my responsibilities and interests have shifted to sales, sales management, and organizational leadership. I’m a firm believer in the power of continuous improvement and I’m always asking, “how do we evolve what we’re doing to make us better at what we do?” This approach has afforded me the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. Whether it’s developing a team restructure one day or acquisitions on another, my focus remains on elevating how we serve others.What drives me? Knowing that people have grown both personally and professionally through something I’ve contributed.
