I believe that my experience as a sales representative, leader,, and trainer can be of value to many organizations. I am looking for a position in Southwest Colorado, preferably in sales, sales management, or sales training; or similar positions in customer service..I have 15 years of experience in the wireless industry, and 22 years of Management experience in the wireless and restaurant industries combined. Customer Service is the common denominator in both industries. I have a proven track record in leading sales teams that provide outstanding customer service and attain sales goals, as well as other company goals such as inventory management and operations. My teams consistently exceeded these goals while with Alltel, AT&T, Russell Cellular, and as a small business owner.I strongly believe that a positive work environment is necessary to excel, and that it is my responsibility to provide that atmosphere for my teams. I believe a quality work environment is one which provides the tools and training necessary for the job, and has a leader in place that will motivate and encourage employees to attain their goals. I accomplish this by building relationships with my team members so that a level of trust develops, and that enables me to lead teams to success. By coaching team members to set and attain goals , setting expectations with accountability , we move on to continuous improvement. This also enables teams to adapt to change rapidly.As a leader, I assist my staff members in overcoming obstacles by identifying what is broken and leading them to a better way. A measurable is put in place and through observation, I am able to provide feedback and accountability, while celebrating improvement and wins. I must also hold myself accountable to this process.
