Warehouse Supervisor
CurrentI supervise receiving, all material handlers and shipping dept. Responsible for RMA receipts, wysis/agility, warehouse inventory, warehouse cycle counts, customer owned and consignment inventory and numerous supervisor duties. Exports continue to grow at Gamber Johnson. I have a huge role in prepping orders to ship for exports and responsible for processing COO's and ITN's. I also work closely with production on outbound orders and large orders while continuing to focus on dropping inventory costs. I also am considered a "working supervisor" which gets me in the middle of helping my team in the pulling and staging of larger orders. This also helps enable me to get closer to my team and see where any bottleneck area's may occur BEFORE they happen.
