Delivering managed services into complex corporate infrastructure.As programme manager for Canon, my commitments are of the creation and development of customer strategies, transitional and fulfilment approaches, through to their service delivery conclusion into business as usual. Ownership of commercial and contract negotiations, whilst maintaining business case objectives and project P&L are paramount to my role. Canon Programme Management delivers change, owns and drives the provisioning process and having engaged tier one organisations in the Banking, Nuclear, Legal and Public sector over the last several years, have been amazing experiences with highlights being realised savings of £50 million in one programme alone.As a father and chairman of my local grassroots football club, I use my developed skills and trustee status, to support football for over 600 children in the local community. This is one of the most satisfying parts of my life, as my family’s involved and I can transfer coaching and management skills from the work and social aspects of my life.
