For the past 20 years my focus has been health insurance and I have been privileged to work with individuals, small and large groups and placed coverage that included benefits for employees in over 6 foreign countries as well as over 20 states. The approach has always been from the perspective of "value", there is no one size fits all. Each employer is unique and often has different reasons for offering health coverage, each circumstance needs to be considered uniquely as: for example: an employer/individual may place value on the network as having greater importance than price in one circumstance, and in another the employer/individual may place greater value on benefits, and yet another may simply be driven by price.During these days of health reform, the Exchanges have so many options individuals and groups will have a great deal of difficulty finding value. Thus the need for an agent/broker.
