I have a Master of Science degree in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego, where I learned advanced skills in strategic planning, organizational development, policy analysis, and community engagement. I am also a graduate of the Police Executive Research Forum's Senior Management Institute for Police and the POST Command College, where I gained valuable insights into the latest trends and best practices in policing.With over 29 years of law enforcement experience, I have a proven track record of leading and managing various units and divisions, including patrol, internal affairs, training, and public information. I have also been involved in several high-profile cases and operations, such as homicide investigations, undercover assignments, and SWAT deployments. I have received multiple unit citations and recognition for my performance and professionalism.
