As a User acceptance tester (UAT) we do the last part of testing with an operational focus. Testing with a external merchant view (Project and Product Testing for a merchant) and internal merchant view (For end Users within the company, tools).As UAT we are responsible to keep a short line with the business.In UAT, I test the projects/releases to make sure it can handle all the required tasks in real-world scenarios. We have multiple components like Front Office , Back Office and Middleware. My expertise is in Front Office , Back Office and Middleware focused on E-Commerce.At this moment my full focus is on Reporting for Merchants and Anti Money Laundering & Terrorism FinancingAs we are the last line before things going to production it is important to have strong relationships with not only IT but also operations and business within the company. This is one of my strengths, good in communication and ensure a clear overview about the deliveries. As UAT tester I am part of several Scrum teams. I work closely together with Developers, QA Testers, Product Owners and Management. We are working in a DevOps organisation and i'm part of all the scrum events every sprint.Also I'm the DevOps Integration Lead for my tribe. In this role we bring a project/release from development to production and it is important that the alignment is done with everyone in the company to ensure a quality driven product is delivered for the merchants. Also Incident Management is part of this Job and we are continuously automating day to day testing + workflows.
