My projects at Red Cross include: documenting the recovery efforts following Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Sandy, annual media training for their public affairs spokespeople, helped design and set-up the “media ready room” used to track media stories concerning the Red Cross during disasters, shoots and edits video during disaster responses, and designed and manages an online media management site used to distribute and track media assets to broadcast organizations around the world. Over the past three years he has been working on a documentary series for the Service to the Armed Forces branch of the American Red Cross “Continuum of Care”. This series documents the ways the Red Cross touches the lives of military service members and their families from the day they sign up, through their service to the United States, to the day they die. The series has won five Telly Awards to date.
