Operational and Supply Chain responsibility for the management of 12 EMI business unit manufacturing facilities in NA, Europe & Asia

Operational responsibility for the management of 10 EMI business unit manufacturing facilities in NA, Europe & Asia, along with associated contract manufacturing sites.

Operations Management:Successfully led manufacturing operation in 9 global locations while leading over 1500 production, engineering, quality, HR, finance and supply chain employees while collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Product Development on strategic initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Extensive experience in cultural and operational change to drive continuous improvement utilizing lean and 6-sigma methodologies resulting in >$5M in annual cost savings, 50% annual reduction in PPMs and 33% annual reduction in customer complaints.Acquisition Due Diligence / Post Merger Integration:Led Operations due diligence activities for acquisitions involving sites in US, Mexico, Taiwan and China. Successfully lead the post merger integration at 4 global locations totaling $125M in revenue.Project Management:Led the execution of consolidating 4 global manufacturing sites. Effort included site selection, managing the construction of a $25M “Greenfield” wafer fab and ramping up production to meet customer demand. Project resulted in annual savings in excess of $18M.
