I'm responsible for shaping and telling the EverTrue story, stewarding relationships, and learning continually from the best and the brightest in the advancement industry.

I help our team craft stories to celebrate our customers' success, showcase the value of our (totally awesome) platform, and build stronger relationships within the advancement industry.

I help EverTrue's partners -- thousands of forward-thinking advancement professionals -- use our platform to engage alumni and parents and raise support for some of the country's best colleges, universities, and prep schools. Their work helps fund scholarships and programs that change lives by increasing access to education.In my role, I create content to help users learn best practices, tell success stories from our partners, create thought-leadership content for our industry, spread the word about product developments, and celebrate users who have reshaped their approach to advancement.

I oversaw inbound marketing efforts at this boarding school, which included ownership of our social media strategy, email marketing, and content strategy for the alumni website. I was involved in campaign management and content creation across our social and web channels, helping support Exeter's engagement with prospective and current students and alumni and parents worldwide.My work at Exeter earned two international CASE Circle of Excellence Awards and I presented at a number of national and regional conferences on communications and fundraising.

Embedded within the advancement office, I supported the communications and marketing programs for our annual giving and alumni and parent relations teams. I created and measured The Exeter Fund’s multimedia marketing strategy, which helped generate more than $7m in annual revenue. I also oversaw social media, email marketing and video production at the Academy, engaging our audiences daily with dynamic content. I managed the alumni website and participated in overall web content production and planning.

I oversaw public relations and built the initial social media presence for this venture-backed startup. My duties included executive communications and speech writing, media outreach, email marketing, blogging and event planning. I successfully landed coverage in Good Morning America, The Today Show, USA Today and Cookie while also securing awards such as Entrepreneur of the Year for Care.com’s CEO. I ghost-wrote a regular column in The Huffington Post, supervised the publication of the State of Care Index and helped plan the inaugural Care Summit.

At the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, I covered track and field and boxing for the Olympic News Service and served as a travel blogger for STAtravelers.com (now defunct). As a freelancer, I partnered with Adventures in Missions as a marketing consultant and blogger. My work also appeared with Good Catch Publishing, MyCollegeGuide and The Boston Globe.

At a flagship branch of the world’s largest student travel organization, I supervised five travel advisors, developed relationships with local colleges, and managed a $1 million budget. Under my leadership, the branch saw a 14% increase in sales. I earned several awards for my sales performance.

I booked guests and produced segments for Good Morning America, while also managing relationships with the show’s magazine partners.

Served as a page at 30 Rock in NYC. Worked in Guest Relations for SNL, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Carson Daly, and the Jane Pauley Show. Served as an PA with Dateline and also worked in Corporate Communications.
