I work closely with Universal Creative (client) and its General Contractors to keep construction projects productive without impacting the property's existing general industry... TV & Film Production and the theme park's guest-experience including the famous Back Lot Tram Tour are all kept up and running while 35,000 construction vehicles per year access the property.My department is also trusted to manage Site Logistics on property which entails knowing where to place and stage materials of all sizes and shapes on a landscape with very little open space.- Data Gathering- Interpretive Analysis- Report Presentation and Predictive Consultation- Development & Regulation of Logistics Protocols- Amplifying Communication, Coordination, and Cooperation Between Construction General Contractors & Universal Studios Hollywood Departments.
