I've been interesting in flying as long as I can remember, and started learning to fly in 2023, and achieved my RPL later that year at Central Coast Aero Club, whom I would heartily recommend.I started Aus Flying as a free service to connect pilots with aircraft they would like to hire. It is completely free to list, and free to use. Since setup in late 2023, over 50 aircraft have been listed and it generates leads for owners every day.Is this my side hustle, or next full time gig? Assist as required with the transfer of Tall Emu to MYOB operations.

At Tall Emu my day-to-day role included elements of marketing, sales, account management, customer service, partnerships and product design. As the CEO at Tall Emu, the buck stopped with me. I’m accountable, and I can work with people from any background or position.I ran a small team in Sydney and Ukraine, and the after acquisition a larger one in MYOB. I now have experience in small business and big business, and I know which one I prefer 😊My “Super Power” is communication between business owners/customers and technology. I act as a “bridge” between the business user and the developer; I’m able to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, business requirements and business needs as well as market opportunities and lead a team to develop and commercialise them.• Concept for security software “Online Armor” which was ultimately sold to Emsisoft.• Created Desktop and Web CRM/ERP Products on a shoestring budget, sold to hundreds of businesses, and was acquired by MYOB• Consulted to hundreds of small businesses in Australia on business process, efficiency and tech improvements• Created AI-driven product features including use of free-text processing to generate automated orders to save time.I create clever solutions to complex problems, and then I build them. Nice things people have said about me include “I’ve never seen someone pick things up as quickly as you” and “You’re almost always right” – but my favourite was I’m “definitely not a dick”.

Entellect Solutions was a software development company specialising in telecommunications. The key products were Entegration (a business automation/enterprise architecture integration system), RACE (high speed provisioning/credit assessment system), IVR based pay and account balance by phone software, Collections automation software encompassing the use of automated credit rules, automated SMS reminders, automated management of credit files and interacting with various networks (fixed, mobile, internet). At Entellect we raised approx. $5M and moved into mobile applications, delivering one of the world's first "outlook/email/exchange on mobile" solutions. Entellect was VC funded and merged with Keysoft SA - and maintained offices in Sydney and Geneva.

BD Software was a boutique telecoms consulting company specialising in the automation of labour intensive tasks. Renamed to Entellect solutions.

Various system integration and business process improvement tasks, particularly automation of new activiation processing including interfacing with BSCS, Kingston Mobile Jupiter, Network Switch, Credit Reference which reduced time to active new clients from hours to minutes.
